Washing

Machine wash cold (maximum 30°C) with similar colors. Do not bleach. Hang dry in the shade and avoid tumble drying to preserve the garment’s shape, color, and texture. Cool iron if needed, avoiding direct contact with embroidery or printed details. Do not dry clean.

Shipment

For now, we only ship to Mexico via FedEx and Estafeta. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 10:30 am will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.

We chose these two shipping companies because we trust them and want to provide you with the best service. However, please be aware that they sometimes let us down. Although this is beyond our control, if you send us an email, we'll gladly help you put pressure on the shipping company.
