Washing

Para conservar tu pieza en óptimas condiciones, evita el contacto con agua, perfumes, cremas y otros productos químicos. Retírala antes de bañarte, nadar o hacer ejercicio. Límpiala suavemente con un paño seco después de cada uso y guárdala en un lugar seco, preferentemente en su estuche o bolsa individual. Evita golpes, caídas y el roce con superficies abrasivas, ya que la resina puede rayarse o dañarse.

Shipment

For now, we only ship to Mexico via FedEx and Estafeta. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 10:30 am will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.

We chose these two shipping companies because we trust them and want to provide you with the best service. However, please be aware that they sometimes let us down. Although this is beyond our control, if you send us an email, we'll gladly help you put pressure on the shipping company.
